Like someone else said they "dont seem interested in doing business" hahaha but all things considered they came by in a timely manner and the fireplace is working like never before

Extremely fast, thorough service for our upgrade to a gas insert. Worked directly with Larry via the main number for the entire install service and had no issues. Even for the initial assessment, he went through all the options we had and let us take our time to choose (vs other companies that pushed hard that we HAD to make the expensive decision or had to pay before they would visit). Plus the install team of Jay&Jay were easy to work with and very efficient. Would highly recommend!

We just had our second gas fireplace installed by Black Magic (first was >20 years ago and still going strong). The work was done quickly and cleanly and the slight placement issues were dealt with cheerfully and promptly. We are very happy with their service.

I i could I would give 0 star. Just called to inquire about chimney repointing. The person who answered started by saying they don't offer this service anymore because they don't have a mason on staff but offered to refer me to someone, which I appreciated. However, the call was abruptly put on hold, and I heard an exasperated sigh before the call was disconnected. When I tried to call back, my calls went straight to voicemail. Really? If you don't want to provide a referral, just say so. There's no need to be rude and unprofessional. I cannot recommend a company that treats people this poorly. Absolutely avoid this company!
