Ken was my service technician. He answered all of my questions in detail when needed and was a very pleasant young man.

I scheduled a chimney repair appointment and had to wait several days for the visit. When the technician finally came, the inspection felt rushed and not very thorough. The repair was done quickly but I’m not confident the issue was properly resolved. Overall the service did not meet my expectations.

The guys were nice and helpful. After doing a good job cleaning out my chimney, restoring the appearance they cleaned up any messages that was made.
