The Energy Saver Solutions team is wonderful! Even from the start they provided the best experience getting new mini split AC zones added to our home. The team member they sent out to estimate the project thought of a solution that none of the other 3 companies thought of--one that was more efficient and less invasive to our home. Their installation team worked tirelessly several days and was able to get the full project completed quickly, and their electrician was able to solve several unforeseen problems. We'd recommend them for anyone who needs HVAC service in Seattle!

I purchased a new AC system, the tech came out and review the job, gave me a proposal, which was fair and reasonable and scheduled the job in a timely manner. There are a lot of AC systems and i appreciated the fact he told me i didn't need more than a 13-seer system for a 3500 sq foot home, honestly goes a long way in business... Any issues that arose, he came out quickly and addressed them to ensure complete satisfaction. Also, they didn't ask for any money upfront which is nice because you put your work behind your effort -- honest people will get paid, simple as that! Thanks Energy Saver Solutions!

Mike stopped by to service my AC and furnace and I'm extremely satisfied with his visit. He was punctual, respectful, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he was doing as well as possible filtration improvements that could be made to my furnace. I was having problems with my heat pump outside unit icing over back in February. I called Energy Saver Solutions as they had been servicing my unit annually and they came right away. The technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. I was told to run the unit, switch to emergency heat and do this until the part arrived. The part was installed a few days later, but there were more problems. I had been contemplating a new unit but was hoping that the replacement could be made in warmer weather. Bottom line - Energy Saver Solutions installed a new unit on a cold bitter day in February! Now that is what I call great service.
