They were courteous, professional, and their workmanship was exceptional. Brian also took the time to give us a thorough overview of how to operate our new fireplace, which we really appreciated. I just wanted to give shout out to Dominic and the installers at Capital Chimney. Starting with free estimate, then several solutions options as well as price points, with no pressure to make a choice. I did visit show room, which really helped explain my chimney problem, and two or three possibly solutions. I ended up going with a fireplace insert rather than repairing the chimney to make it safe. Cost was about the same, but I now have a very efficient fireplace. Great company, great people A very positive experience from start to finish.

After an uncomfortable experience with another company’s high-pressure sales tactics, we chose Capital Chimney based on their excellent reviews—and we’re so glad we did. Dominic performed a very thorough inspection and identified serious issues (with video documentation) that previous inspectors had never mentioned. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all of our options. The installation and repairs took two days. Brian and Hector were fantastic—professional, communicative throughout the process, and meticulous about keeping the work area clean. We’ve used our new fireplace more in the past two months than we did in the entire 20 years we’ve lived in this house. We wish we would have made the change years ago.
