Very fair price didn't try to sell me the world amd made recommendations and suggestins based on what I want to do with my fireplace. Mine is set up for gas only and he did make sure it can be used for both gas and log. Highly recommend

He did a thorough inspection and gave me an honest assessment of my situation and the fireplace in my home.
