Ryan Chimney Sweep

He came over for an inspection and a possible sweep I was quoted $225 for everything and he did the inspection and is very knowledgeable about his work but we decided not to do the sweep cause he recommended that we shouldn't use the typical wood Burning and that's what we want to do. I asked him how much for the inspection and he told me $175 my mouth about dropped, he didn't have to climb up the chimney or do anything that I couldn't do just wanted a professional opinion. I don't know if that's typical price for an inspection but that to me is way too much money just for an inspection and an opinion. Then he tells me it would be an additional $185 for the sweep.

Came next day! And had a nice dog!

Good job. Very professional.

Did a excellent job, didn't bother him at all that I watched him work. It's a dirty job but somebody's gotta do it.
