Good place to go for fireplace. They are very knowledgeable.

Tech came out and in five minutes said we need a new fireplace He would give us estimate. He never did contact us. Half a year later the company sent us a bill for a trip charge. I would advice using other companies.

We had an issue with our gas fireplace and we called Hearth & Patio to help us replace the valve assembly. They were attentive, thorough, and very responsive!

These guys did a great job repairing my gas fireplace! We were expecting company a few days before Christmas and the fireplace wouldn't light. I called about 6 other repairmen and everyone was booked up. I called Hearth & patio and left a message, not expecting a response. Within about 1/2 hour I got a message back from them requesting more info on the problem, model, etc. I responded & they offered to send a technician out in 2 days, The technician, a very knowledgeable & friendly guy, arrived on that date, on time, and inspected the fireplace. I anticipated needing new parts, but the tech said the parts were old & rusty, but would make it for some time. He spent about an hour disassembling & cleaning the unit and fired it up. It's worked perfectly since then. I just received a very reasonable invoice, and I suspect we're going to have him out every year or two to maintain it. Thanks very much, guys.
