CANCEL your appointment if you already booked with this company. a week ahead, I called them, and explained my service very clearly, told 149 the service. on the service day, a young kid came, take 30 seconds to tell me they must do deep cleaning the chimney, costing $499. I let him go right away, waste my entire morning for waiting . a cheating company!
