Southwest Fireplace

Awesome staff Allen was excellent help to me today and im on my way tomorrow to purchase a gas wood burner fire place with all new flu pipe thanks again

I tried a year to get an appointment for my gas fireplace to be serviced with this company, just to have them rip me off. The technician told me that I had a faulty valve, and sold me a remote, that I did not need. I know this because after it stopped working a year later, and I tried to get an appointment to get repairs, but they couldn't accommodate me on the day of scheduling. This was a blessing actually, and I decided to contact a company on Thumbtack. The HVAC specialist found out the remote I was told that I needed, did not work. I asked could he reattach it so I could use my switch, and he said, "Of course!" I am now looking at my fireplace working well, without the remote and I paid 1/3 of the price Southwest charged me.

Anyone interested in anything to do at fireplace? Go see Alan at the shop their guys were wonderful. He was very informative. Their prices are great and the installation is beautiful. Thank you guys. Very very happy. Five stars.

Great service & fair price. Tech was very polite & knowledgeable. 4 star because their scheduling was several weeks out for a repair. Everything else was great.
