I had a great experience with Sols Chimney Sweep Inc. After calling a few other companies, the difference was clear right away. Some of the other companies showed up with no business signs on their trucks, no uniforms, and they didn’t even have a business card to give me. Before they even looked at the job, they were already trying to upsell me on things. When Sols Chimney Sweep arrived, it was a completely different experience. Their van was clearly wrapped with the company branding, they were wearing uniforms, and they handed me a business card immediately. It gave me confidence that I was dealing with a professional company. They took the time to actually inspect the chimney and clearly explained everything they were seeing. They made a few helpful recommendations without being pushy and answered all my questions. The work was done carefully and they cleaned everything up afterward. Overall, they were professional, honest, and very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Sols Chimney Sweep Inc. to anyone looking for reliable chimney service.

It's incredibly refreshing when you come across a team that loves what they do and educates their customers. Had the team come out as I was concerned with soot appearing around our fireplace. Greg and his teammate took the time to educate us on why that happens and potential avenues to take (incremental steps so as to not spend a ton of money without knowing what we were really dealing with). Highly recommend and we are customers for life!
