Magic Flue Chimney

didnt know much about chimney stuff but the guy explained things in a way that made sense very friendly showed me pics of the chimney before and after they swept it looked cleaner and no more smell inside now and he said it was safe to use again good job overall

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff were very easy to deal with. They worked efficiently and didn’t leave behind any ash or dirt which was nice. I asked them to check the flue because we had smoke backdrafts last winter and they identified a partial blockage. Fixing it didn’t take long and they gave a couple tips for reducing buildup in the future. Would reccomend.

Used these guys twice now. First time was for a standard chimney sweep. This time, they installed a chimney cap to keep out the birds and squirrels we kept hearing up top. Both times, very punctual, clear on pricing, and took time to answer questions. Felt more like a consultation than a sales pitch. Hard to find service this steady.

Have to say they did a really really thorough job. Even my husband noticed how clean the hearth was afterward. They were polite, on time, and clearly took pride in doing things properly. They found an issue with the chimney flashing and recommended a fix. I liked that they weren’t pushy about it—just gave us info and left the decision up to us. The kind of service you hope for but don’t always get.
