Fernando's Chimney, Inc.

Called to ask for an estimate on replacing a chimney cap after it blew off from a storm. They came out in a couple days and gave us a few options in varying cost. We also needed them to reseat our other cap on the chimney as it was crooked. Turns out, the crooked cap was not seated properly due to chimney liner being to long so it wouldn't sit straight. They fixed that as well. Great service and they arrived exactly when they promised.

On today, my family and myself had the most refreshing experience by allowing Fernando‘s Chimney Inc. to install a chimney liner for us. They were very prompt. They’re very knowledgeable. My gas company refused to turn on my hot water and said the chimney was clogged and letting in carbon monoxide into my house. I had Fernando’s chimney come in and check it out, thinking I was going to have to pay for them to clean it. When they came, they did a thorough inspection and said my chimney was fine. They explained the situation and turned my hot water on, free of charge. They were honest, clear, helpful, and informative. (I have trust issues so I put three carbon monoxide alarms in that unit just to make sure my home is safe, and everything has been fine). If in doubt, definitely trust them!!
