What a waste of money. The lady said they go up the chimney with a camera and they did not. Flew a drone on the roof and why I don't know. The only thing Michael did was hold his phone up the chimney and took a Pic. Total waste of money. I love Karma !!!

Isaac was great! He was very prompt and professional. He took the time to explain what was needed for us to be able to use our fireplace safely.
