Thanks to Jones Chimney Sweep for answering all my questions during service call. Great communication with when they were arriving.

We have used Jones Chimney twice. Once for a rebuild of our Chimney and today they put in a stainless steel liner. They are always very friendly, prompt and professional. I definitely would recommend them for all your chimney needs.

Today (06/05/25) I had Jones Chimney Sweep out to clean out my LOPI stove and to sweep my 20ft tall chimney. Last fall they installed my insert and I had to learn the ropes of burning it. Nearly, since birth, (65) now, I have always had a fireplace. I went through a full cord pulse some, last year and ended up with our last fire a week ago. The chimney was nearly spotless. He said two years or two cords later give him a call to sweep and further baseline the stoves performance. I am very happy with their service, friendliness and good prices. When we left a message with Scott Jones about a fireplace malfunction, he was very prompt about returning our call and scheduling an appointment. We thought we had a serious problem when the pilot light lit but the main burner would not ignite. When he came, he simply blew the dust off of the controller. That was it, problem solved and inexpensively . We couldn’t be happier.
