Very bad business. The guys that were supposed to come out for a chimney clean up, did the clean up and then recommended me do more work on the outside part of the chimney. They went and “took measurements”, then quoted me 1300$ with 300$ deposit until the job is finished. Two weeks later, two men came out that looked sub contracted for the job, went up and came back saying they can’t work on it. The roof was worn out and they didn’t want to be at fault for any damage. Ok that was fine until I was told that the “clean up costed 350$ so we can call it even on the 300$ deposit you put”. Not even a proper problem solving or anything. As if that’s there game. When I first spoke with them over the phone, they told me cleanup costs 149$ and it comes with free inspection. I’m tired of people getting over on good people. That’s not good for business and I hate to have to leave this review but shame on you guys. Keep the extra 150$. Seems like you need it more.
