Acorn Tuckpointing & Masonry Restoration

Bob B. I have used Acorn in the past, and Chester and Danny were wonderful. They were very professional and reasonable. However, I am wandering if this business still exists, since I have been calling and leaving messages for 6 months and have gotten no reply. I need some work done, and I could always rely on Acorn in the past. Please let me know if you guys are open? Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you all.

Got a quote from here and signed a contract for a small project that was needed before a window replacement. Confirmed via email they were still going to be able to do the job last Wednesday. They were supposed to be here Tuesday, but didn't show/ didn't call / won't answer phone or return messages or reply to emails. Edit to add: the below response omits that they didn't return my call until Thursday, 2 days after they were supposed to be there. They did not inform me it was too rainy to perform work the day of our appt

Acorn did tuck pointing and caulking on two houses for our family. They kept in communication about arrival dates and times. Upon completion of the jobs, they did a walk through with us to get an approval for the work done. They were open to questions, and answered questions that arose. The crew worked independently, without the need for constant monitoring until the job was completed. The price was very reasonable, and they provided a written contract that listed the work expected, so there couldn’t be any confusion at the time payment was due.
