Just wanted a routine annual cleaning for our wood-burning insert in Fremont. The tech went above and beyond with the inspection. He found fly ash coating the catalytic combustor, a slightly warped baffle plate, and worn rope gasket on the door. They disassembled the pipe run for a deep clean, replaced the baffle and gasket with high-temp parts, scraped the combustor carefully, and adjusted the air wash system. Stove now heats the whole downstairs efficiently with almost no smoke. Left us with great tips on dry wood storage too.

Had a scary moment when our carbon monoxide detector beeped briefly one night. These folks came out first thing the next morning and did a thorough check. Found pine needles and leaves blocking the chimney cap plus some rust starting on the metal chase cover of our prefab system. They cleared the blockage completely, replaced the cap with a new animal-proof stainless version, resealed the chase top with high-grade EPDM, and ran CO tests before and after to confirm everything was safe. Detector has stayed quiet and we sleep better. Honest service with no upsell pressure.
