I scheduled an inspection for due diligence house purchase with Chuck of Atlanta Chimney Doctor for June 13th at 3pm. HE GHOSTED ME WITH NO PHONE CALL OR ANY TYPE OF NOTIFICATION. If you read reviews other than Google, you will see he frequently ghosts clients and claims an emergency of some type. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.
Horrible manners, called and they hung up 3 times on me with no call backs. Taking my business elsewhere
The owner Chuck was friendly and very professional. He and his men were thorough and on time. Good job!!
