Atlanta Action Chimney

Poor Quality! I had Action Chimney replace my chimney cap and fire caulk my fire place. The cap was fine but the caulk was a very poor job. There were gobs of caulk i areas and gaps in others. It was such poor workmanship. I called the owner to express my concerns. He accused me of trying to "rip him off" suggesting I didn't want to pay his bill. He would not listen to my concerns and refused to come back and take a look. I've been in the customer service industry for 25 years and couldn't imagine treating one of my customers this way. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to work on your chimney.
