From the initial time I contacted Simple Solutions Chimney Sweep, to the constant communication, to being transparent with pricing, to scheduling, the work and installation that was done and the fantastic customer service that was provided through the entire process, this is a very easy 5 Star rating. Devon was super easy to work with and to get everything scheduled. David was the tech that came out and he has a helper named Christian. Both were extremely friendly and answered every question I had. They went to work cleaning, repairing and painting the interior of my fireplace and then installed new gas logs, showed me how everything worked & then cleaned everything up. They also replaced the pan on top of my chimney. I can’t say enough great things about this company and their employees. Highly recommend!
