We used Austin a year ago and trusted his work. This year we had to remove some insulation surrounding the wood stove he installed only to find the seal crumbling and gaps between the wood stove and flue. The materials he used were cheap and everything is falling apart now. We trusted him and his knowledge of how things are done, only to be taken advantage of with cheap products and poor quality of work. [ Add photos

Not reliable. He took items from me and did not return them. Suggest not using.
