FireSafe Chimney Services

Do not trust this business. They are a joke. I scheduled a service with them and they didn’t show up. When I called they blamed me for not picking up the phone and they offered me to reschedule a week later. I had to take time off work to wait for the technician, I lost money and they didn’t even apologize. This is a scam, stay away from it.

My review was deleted somehow? Anyway, I booked an appointment and these guys never showed up.

Had a scheduled appointment today and no one showed up. Called customer service and the lady on the phone tried to lie and say she called to confirm the appointment yet I didn't receive any calls or voicemails. Unsure why this place has so many good reviews, insanely unprofessional

I was so amazed how quickly they came out and clean my chimney they are very quick answered all my questions when I needed it so friendly..
