I had this company come out because I had smoke backing into my house. Now it is happening again, less than two weeks later, and when I called the ‘manager’ began yelling at me and then hung up on me!!! Absolutely the WORST!

Husband scheduled the appointment for today. 30 mins after they were supposed to show up, I looked them up only to find these other bad reviews. I called my husband and asked him to call and cancel the appointment...he told them why, and was hung up on after being told he was “too dumb to understand.” Whatever that means. Can’t recommend their customer service, that’s for sure.

If I could give no stars I would!! A tree fell on my house in December. There was some damage to my chimney so I hired them. Worst decision EVER! It’s April and my chimney isn’t complete! They didn’t complete the job the first time they came, then they want to argue with me about the work order. Clearly the work order states that there is supposed to be a chimney cap yet they “swear” it isn’t. When they finally returned the cap was incorrect and they wanted to charge me extra for the right one. Good luck with these unprofessional idiots. Ignore the ad, and find someone else. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
