They were on time, and very professional. Went right to work. Heath,Noah and his assistant were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Cleaned chimney and relined. Cleaned up and put everything back the way it was. Couldn't have asked for the repair to go any better. Highly recommend HEATH CHIMNEY FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS.
Our Valor G4 fireplace ignitor was not sparking and wouldn't light the pilot. Noah was very friendly and listened to everything closely. He worked quickly and efficiently. He obviously has a very good working knowledge of the product. He had it diagnosed and repaired quickly. Noah was training a new technician. As a lifelong educator, I was very impressed with the way he interacted and explained what he found, what needed to be done, and how they would accomplish the job. Noah is definitely an asset, and a credit to his profession. Thank you for taking good care of us.
