Very shady. Don’t trust these guys. They did a 2 minute visual inspection and told us we needed a cleaning and a new shroud on our chimney. Then expected us to pay $189 for the “service call” but didn’t actually do any work. They were going to have to come back to do the cleaning which was an additional fee. The guy was very pushy and aggressive and seemed completely dishonest. The entire experience was terrible.
