Wayne even spray painted the area where the chimney was taken apart and repaired, making sure it matched the rest perfectly—really going above and beyond! When the job was done, the property was just as clean as before, with no mess left behind. They were very careful around my landscaping, especially a bush they had to set up scaffolding over—it looks completely untouched. I’m so grateful for their attention to detail and friendly service. Charles and Wayne came out to my home in Albany to install a new fireplace insert, plus they did a thorough chimney cleaning and inspection. I highly recommend them for any chimney sweep or fireplace job you need. They were both very professional and courteous, making the whole experience smooth and easy.

If I could give a zero I would. This is a consolidator business and the person they sent to do the work charged 3 times the usual rate for what a chimney cleaning in our area usually costs. When the charge showed up on our card there was an unauthorized tip added of almost $100 !!! The job was messy with black finger prints on our white walls. Even at an hourly wage they collected $700 for a job that took less than an hour - no repairs and only on one chimney. We got taken. We called customer service to complain and got a complete run around. No customer service. DO NOT USE
